Business Talent (Migrant) Category (Australia)
To be eligible to apply for a permanent Business Talent (Migrant) visa for Australia, you must meet the following requirements:
Established Business (Australia)
If you are a business person with an established business in Australia, you can apply to immigrate under the Established Business in Australia category. You must be in Australia with a temporary visa (other than a bridging visa or a criminal justice visa)
Senior Executive
To be eligible to apply for a Senior Executive (Provisional, temporary, not sponsored) visa for Australia,
Investor visas
Investor Immigrant Visas (Canada)
Aimed at successful senior executives with managerial experience or successful owners or part-owners who have the intention and ability to invest in Canada for a term of 5 years;
Self-Employed Immigrant Visa (Canada)
Aimed at persons with relevant experience in world-class athletics or cultural activities or with farm management experience, who have the intention and ability to become self-employed in Canada.
Provincial Nominee Business Immigrant Visas (Canada)
Aimed at successful senior executives with managerial experience or successful owners or part-owners who have the intention and ability to own and manage or invest in a local provincial business, and abide by the terms and conditions of provincial nominee business programs.
Business Immigration by investing
The ENTREPRENEUR VISA category is for people wishing to come to the UK to start a business. You may start any type of business, but you must work full time in the management of the business. You will normally be granted a visa valid for a period of two years. At the end of the second year, the visa can be extended by applying to the Home Office.
The Innovator Scheme (UK)
If you have an excellent business idea and can raise the finance this could be a way for you to gain entry to the UK. The Uk Innovator Scheme is now a permanent Scheme since 16 September 2002. However, in many cases it may be preferable to instead come under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme. This category should only be used if you have a business idea that will bring very considerable economic benefits to the UK and is tailored to those in the new industries of information technology and telecommunication sectors, although is open to those from other industries as well.

Sole Representative Visas for Employers (UK)
If you are a substantial trading company located outside the UK, and have no current UK presence, you may be able to send a member of staff to the UK on a 'Sole Representative Visa'. These days in many cases it is preferable to come under the HSMP visa category which is both more flexible and easier to obtain than the sole representative visa.
